Sales and Marketing Representative (at Chemsultants Intl. Inc. in Mentor, Oh)

Energetic, creative and analytical individual to represent our company to new customers in cooperation with our technical personnel.

Communicate our technical service capabilities to the market through direct customer contact and through promotional materials.

Establish and cultivate strong customer relationships and close on potential new sales and business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Sell technical services to prospective customers contacting us via website, phone or email.
• Follow up and track sales leads and quotes directly with customers using CRM system.
• Assist technical staff in developing project quotes in line with customer requests.
• Track project progress and act as interface with customers to keep them updated.
• Identify key accounts and coordinate / participate in technical sales presentations to them.
• Develop and manage an annual corporate advertising plan and budget.
• Implement the advertising plan directly with media contacts.
• Write and distribute press and news releases.
• Upgrade and maintain marketing promotional materials.
• Coordinate trade show activities attended throughout the year.
• Up to 20% travel.
• Maintain website, develop and implement email marketing campaigns.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Highly creative and analytical
• Excellent communication skills
• Enthusiastic and motivated individual
• 4-year Bachelors Degree in business or technical discipline
• 3 to 5 years experience in Pressure Sensitive Adhesive Products
• Sales and marketing experience
