Water Vapor Cup

The sturdy cast aluminum WV-100 Water Vapor Cup is used in the test methods PSTC-34 and ASTM D 3833 water vapor transmission and PSTC-35 and ASTM D 3816 water penetration tests.

Shear Test WeightsShear Test Weights

These standard weights are available: TW-100, 100 grams; TW-200, 200 grams; TW-250, 250 grams; TW-500, 500 grams; TW-1000, 1000 grams. These weights are required for PSTC, TLMI, FINAT, and AFERA Shear Testing procedures. Custom sizes are also available.

SWeight Suspension ClipTC-100 Weight Suspension Clip

Used in shear testing. The clip evenly distributes weight across the bottom of the sample and prevents tearing.

Test Panels

The 304 stainless steel meets the requirements set forth in ASTM A666. The panels comply with PSTC Appendage B 2.6. The 18 gauge panels have the Bright Annealed finish and are cut to size for use in various test methods.

Unwind FixtureUWF-100 Unwind Fixture

The fixture is required to mount a roll of pressure sensitive tape in a tensile tester for determining unwind force according to Test Methods PSTC-8 and AFERA 4013 P4.

Peel FixturePF-90 Peel Fixture

Clamps in jaws of tensile tester machine for quick and easy 90° peels. The PF-90 uses a standard 2"x6" (5cm x 15cm) test panel. Precision bearing assembly allows for smooth sliding action.

Loop tack FeatureLTF-100 Loop Tack Fixture

Loop tack accessory for tensile tester machine. The LTF-100 clamps in the lower jaws of the machine and provides a simple means for doing loop tack testing. Uses a standard 1" x 3" (2.5cm x 7.5cm) test panel (not included).
