The ChemInstruments Burst/Perf measures the burst strength of die cut label stock as well as perforations.
The Burst/Perf Tester meets the standards specified in TLMI Test L-1G for Die cut burst ratio.
Characteristics of the Burst/Perf:

User selectable speed range from 1 inch per minute to 100 inches per minute. (2.5 cm/min - 250 cm/min).

Distance of travel 1 to 4 inches (2.5cm - 10 cm).

Automatically returns to start position.

Data Acquisition System
The ChemInstruments EZ-Lab Data Acquisition System is a state-of-the-art force measurement package that combines accuracy with ease of use. This system reads the force of a test, digitally displays it and also stores that value in it's memory.

Displays the measured force in Average, High and Low values and test distance.

Stores data directly to EZ-Lab System software, which allows the technician to review previously recorded values.

Data can be exported by RS-232 connection to a local PC.

Display values are selectable in grams, kilograms, ounces, pounds or Newtons.
EZ-Lab Included:
Remote operation control and enhanced data collection are possible when the EZ-Lab System. Requires external PC. See EZ-Lab System product sheet.
