Hot Roll Laminator

The ChemInstruments HL-100 Hot Roll Laminator can hot laminate product samples on a laboratory bench top. The features included in the HL-100 provide control to consistently reproduce samples that are ready for testing. The flexibility of the controls allows a wide range of materials to be laminated.

Produces laminated samples up to 18" (45.5cm) wide.
Variable speed controller can be adjusted to laminate up to 20 fpm (6 mpm).
Produces a maximum temperature of 350° F (177° C).
Temperature adjusted by state of the art PID digital temperature controller and 1500 Watt cartridge heater in top laminating roll.
Heating elements are proportion heat for balanced even heat across the entire width of the roll.
Laminating pressure can be easily reproduced with air pressure regulator.
Unwind stand holds paper/film to be laminated.
Safety features include trip wire and emergency stop.
Durable aluminum and steel construction means a longer machine life with consistent performance.
Bottom aluminum drive roll is covered with 80 durometer silicone rubber.
HL-100 features a heated top roll made of anodized teflon coated aluminum.
HL-101 features a heated top roll made of chrome plated steel.
