Tensile

The ChemInstruments Tensile Tester is a versatile instrument designed to test a variety of materials. This single screw universal tester offers a wide range of testing capabilities, including: tensile, elongation, modulus, lap shear, peel (180º and 90º), unwind and tack. It is designed to meet the test method requirements of: PSTC; ASTM, TLMI and more.

The two line LCD displays the average, high and low values.
Separation speed: 1.0 to 25 ipm (2.4 to 64 cm/m).
Load cell choices (listed below) are accurate to ± 0.1% of their rating.
Pull strength: 250 lb. (110 Kg) maximum.
Maximum testing span is 32” (82 cm) minus the length of the grips.
Throat distance from center of grip to mast is 3.5” (8.9 cm).
Choose from a number of grips (not included with Tensile Tester)
Operating temperature 32° - 158° F ( 0° – 70° C)
Operates with input voltage of 120 or 240 VAC
Return position accuracy is +/- 0.005" (0.125 mm) per test cycle

Data Acquisition System
The ChemInstruments EZ-100 onboard acquisition system is a state-of-the-art force measurement package that combines accuracy with ease of use.

Samples force measurement at 400 points per second.
Stores test data from up to 20 individual tests for review
With optional EZ-Lab system software, Tensile Tester transfers test data and parameters to your connected PC.
Displayed test values are selectable in grams, kilograms, ounces, pounds or Newtons.

EZ-Lab Compatible:
