Hand Rollers
HR-100 4.5 lb. Hand Roller and HR-102 10 lb. Hand Roller: The 4.5 lb. (2 Kg) roller has a steel core with a Shore scale A 80 durometer Silicone rubber cover. It has a diameter of 3.75" (9.5cm) and a width of 1.75" (4.5cm). Two legs extend beyond the circumference of the roller to prevent flat spots from developing. The 10 lb. (4.5 Kg) roller is solid steel. It has a diameter of 5" (13cm) and a width of 1.75" (4.5cm). These rollers meet the requirements of PSTC Appendage B, 2.8. FINAT Hand Roller: This roller meets the requirements of FINAT 2.1 with a diameter of 85mm, a width of 50mm and a weight of 2 Kg. (Not Pictured.)
Calibration Weight
TW-CAL Calibration Weight Set: Brass calibration weight set with hooks. This set includes a selection of weights from 10-1000 grams that are traceable to NIST standards. An optional certificate is offered.
Release Paper
RP-6 is 6" (15cm) wide by 500 yards (480m) long and RP-12 is 12" (30cm) wide by 500 yards (480m) long. The Release Paper can be used with either the LC-100 Lab Drawdown Coater, the HLC-100 Hot Melt Coater or the HLCL-1000 Hot Melt Coater Laminator. Custom sizes under 12" (30cm) are available upon request. (Not pictured.)
Polyester
PET-1, 1 mil is available in 12" x 1600 yards (30cm x 1500m) rolls and PET-2, 2 mil is 12" (30cm) wide by 800 yards (750m) long. The Polyester rolls are used in the LC-100, HLC-100 and HLCL-1000 Lab Drawdown Coaters. Custom sizes under 12" (30cm) are available upon request. (Not pictured.)
