Loop Tack

The ChemInstruments LT-1000 Loop Tack Tester is a compact testing instrument designed to allow the user to quickly and efficiently determine the tack or “grab” of an adhesive. This machine meets the ASTM and TLMI specification.

Internal memory capable of retaining up to 20 tests results.
10 lb. (4.5 Kg) Load Cell permits a wide variety of adhesives to be tested.
Data can be downloaded through EZ-Lab System software.
Accurate to ± 0.1% of load cell range.
Operating temperature 0° - 70° Celsius
Warning! Equipment needs to be completely free of condensation inside and out, before applying power!

Data Acquisition System
The ChemInstruments EZ-100 Data Acquisition System is a state-of-the-art force measurement package that combines accuracy with ease of use. This system reads the force of a test, digitally displays it and also stores that value in it’s memory.

Displays the measured force Average, High and Low values.
Stores data from up to 20 individual tests, which allows the technician to review previously recorded values.
Display values are selectable in grams, kilograms, ounces, pounds or Newtons.
Records 400 data points per second of sampling.

EZ-Lab Compatible:
Remote operation control and enhanced data collection are possible when coupled with the EZ Lab System. Requires external PC. See EZ-Lab System product sheet.

Accessories essential for testing:
1" (2.5cm) wide test panels, 1" (2.5cm) specimen cutter. Above items are included in our Accessory Package(LTA).
