TPC-1 Coater (New in 2008)
Coating Widths: 4" to 22"
Drying: Air flotation convection, 3 zones individually controlled to 400°F
Coating Methods: Direct gravure, Reverse gravure, Offset gravure, Mayer rod
Coating Types: Solvent, Water based and 100% solids
Coating Speeds: 5 to 100 fpm
Other Capabilities: UV curing, Hot & Cold lamination, Corona Treatment, Multiple web handling, Single platform PLC controlled web guiding, tensioning and speed control.

Drying: Air flotation convection, controlled to 400°F
Coating Methods: KOR, Meyer rod
Coating Types: Solvent, Water based and 100% solids
Coating Speeds: 1 to 40 fpm

PC 1 Coater
Coating Widths: 4" to 12"
Drying: Convection, five zones individually controlled to 395°F with digital controls
Coating Methods: Multiple roll, reverse roll, knife over roll, hot melt die, slot die, direct gravure, reverse gravure, wire rod
Coating Types: Solvent- and water-based, hot melt, warm melt, 100% solids
Coating Speeds: 10-200 fpm
Other Capabilities: UV curing, hot & cold lamination, corona treatment, precision web guiding, tension & speed control, steam remoisturization

Drying: Single zone convection, digitally controlled to 375°F
Coating Methods: Knife over roll, direct gravure, reverse gravure, wire rod
Coating Types: Solvent, water-based, and 100% solids
Coating Speeds: 1-20 fpm
Other Capabilities: Class 10,000 Clean room environment, dual HEPA filtration, monitored
