ChemFlex-1
Chemsultants International’s new ChemFlex-1 product. ChemFlex-1 is a B stage phenolic butyral adhesive laminated to a polyimide film, specifically geared toward the flexible circuit industry. ChemFlex-1 one helps with placement of circuits and wires, flexibility of circuit board design, weight reduction of circuit board, has a low moisture absorption rate for improved electrical performance in critical controlled impedance applications and a robust temperature range.
It is available in roll form with an adhesive thickness of .03mil to .05mil on a 1mil or 2 mil polyamide film with a width up to 24”. Product can be made in between two release liners and used as a transfer adhesive sheet.
